Golden Goose in Cannes is seeking a Sales Assistant (Style Maker) to welcome clients, explain the brand heritage and craft personalized Golden total looks that reflect each customer's personality. You will drive sales with product insights, recommend additional items, and support omnichannel engagement while maintaining the store presentation to the brand's standards.

1–3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.

Responsabilités

Assist customers in expressing their personality through their ideal dream looks and contribute to store objectives.
Provide product insights, recommend items, and implement upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Cultivate positive relationships with customers, embrace omnichannel practices and use digital tools for updates and personalized offers.
Contribute to store presentation and maintain brand image and standards.
Assist with opening/closing, inventory, and GDPR and health & safety compliance.
Utilize IT tools to enhance engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).
