Golden Goose is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant (Style Maker) to deliver a personalized Golden experience in Cannes. You will guide clients through dream looks, up-sell thoughtfully, and nurture enduring relationships via omnichannel touchpoints.

The role requires 1–3 years in luxury retail, fluency in French and English, and a collaborative, fashion-forward mindset. Part-time 24 hours/week with strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is required.
• 1–3 years of luxury retail experience.
• Strong selling skills with a client-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in expressing their personality to create the ideal dream looks.
• Provide product insights, recommend additional items, and implement up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
• Cultivate enduring client relationships through omnichannel communications and personalized offers.
• Contribute to store presentation and ensure visuals align with the brand image and standards.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and compliance with GDPR and safety standards.
• Use digital tools (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance engagement and efficiency.
