Fluency in French and English is required, with 1–3 years in luxury retail and strong selling abilities. The role emphasizes omnichannel interactions and maintaining brand standards in-store.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English.

• Strong selling techniques and customer focus.
• Ability to monitor industry trends and local market.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in expressing their personality and building complete looks.
• Provide product insights and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Cultivate customer relationships with omnichannel engagement and personalized offers.
• Contribute to store presentation and visual standards.
• Assist with opening/closing, inventory, and GDPR and health & safety compliance.
• Utilize Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore and Stealth to enhance engagement.
