360 Talent London is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a luxury department store in Paris. You will lead luxury corners, drive sales, and deliver an elevated client experience while developing a high-performing team.

You will manage recruitment, coaching, and daily operations, ensuring compliance with standards and loss prevention. Fluency in English is essential and a strong business acumen is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager or equivalent in luxury retail.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to drive sales targets and customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Drive overall sales targets and KPIs for luxury corners.
• Deliver exceptional client experience with clienteling and CRM.
• Lead, motivate and develop boutique team with coaching and feedback.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training and scheduling.
• Ensure daily store operations, stock, cash, visual merchandising and safety.
