You bring 5+ years in premium retail leadership, strong problem-solving, and a talent for training diverse teams. Fluent French and English are essential to lead with authenticity in a high-performance store environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail leadership or high-touch service environments.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with systemic thinking.
• Experience delivering technical or operational training and coaching.
• High emotional intelligence with continuous personal development.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own floor management and daily store operations with minimal guidance, ensuring a premium environment.
• Lead and coach the team on the Cloud CX philosophy, setting the standard for customer-centric service.
• Manage stock levels according to forecasts and communicate merchandising topics across teams.
• Analyze daily KPIs to identify root causes and drive positive changes in store performance.
• Identify skill gaps and conduct training sessions to develop the Lead Store Advisor team.
• Drive the store vision and culture of trust and shared accountability.
