Swarovski is seeking a Store Manager to lead a luxury retail team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success across our boutique network. You’ll inspire, coach and develop staff while ensuring flawless store standards and policy compliance.

With at least 3 years in multicultural luxury retail, you’ll build strong customer relationships, promote loyalty programs, and manage operations, inventory, and loss prevention, all while embodying Swarovski’s brand values
