Carter & White in Cannes seeks an experienced Senior Sales Advisor to lead a high-performing luxury retail team. Based in France, you will drive store profitability, mentor staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences to sustain brand prestige.

You will oversee stock, promotions, and visual merchandising while ensuring compliance with brand standards. Fluency in French and English is preferred, with a track record in fashion retail and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in retail with a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in luxury/fashion.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Familiarity with the French luxury market and customer expectations is desirable.
• Languages: French, Arabic and English preferred.
