• Monitor retail performance and dashboards weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Analyze store productivity, profitability and KPIs across regions.
• Support budgets, forecasts and business presentations.
• Coordinate incentives, recognition programs and CRM-driven initiatives.
• Contribute to Retail Newsletter with results and best practices.
• Monitor NPS and coordinate mystery shopping program.
• Support traffic and conversion rate monitoring.
