Job summary

CELINE is a fast-growing French fashion and leather goods company owned by the LVMH group. We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Performance Analyst to support the Retail Performance Manager in monitoring and driving global sales performance through data, reporting, and tool deployment.

Based in Paris, you will manage store data, develop PowerBI dashboards, and contribute to actions improving store performance. Strong Excel and analytics skills, with bilingual French/English, are required.

Qualifications

• Education in business or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle large datasets.
• Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor business performance through weekly and monthly sales reviews and ad-hoc reporting.
• Track KPIs and support action plans when needed (UPT, cross-selling, etc.).
• Perform analyses on store and staff productivity (net sales per sqm, etc.).
• Maintain the cloud store database, ensure up-to-date information for openings and updates.
• Create dashboards and tools to improve reporting and decision-making; support training and cross-department collaboration.
