Job summary

La Maison Bleue in Annecy, a distinguished Relais & Châteaux hotel, seeks a receptionist to join our family-run team on site. You will handle check-in/check-out, operate the switchboard, and manage guest reservations with warmth and professionalism.

You will ensure customised service, uphold hotel procedures, and assist with restaurant reservations by phone. We offer an exceptional working environment, staff meals, and opportunities to grow within our engaging hospitality culture.

Our elegant La Maison Bleue hotel, located on the eastern shore of Lake Annecy, offers an exceptional setting in a remarkable natural setting. One of the few 5-star Relais & Châteaux hotels in Annecy, it has 11 rooms, including two family suites overlooking the lake.
You'll be joining a family-run business where people are at the heart of our management. As a receptionist, your duties will include :

Check-in and check-out according to hotel standards
