Capri Holdings Limited is seeking an MK Ambassador to lead by example and deliver exceptional customer experiences that foster loyalty and repeat business. You will use clientelling tools to maintain relationships, manage floor presence, and communicate with management to boost store performance.

As a Selling Expert, you will leverage Product Knowledge to confidently advise customers and translate business results into opportunities for growth in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example as an MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools.
• Maintain floor and stock presence.
• Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance.
• Use Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert to advise our customers with passion and confidence.
• Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales.
