GANNI is hiring a full-time Client Advisor for our beautiful store in Nice. You will be an ambassador for the brand, delivering exceptional service, running styling sessions and building the GANNI community through in-store events and digital outreach.

You will manage a KPI-driven team, drive footfall, maintain VM guidelines, stock and inventory, and contribute to loyalty programs while communicating fluently in French and English.

Qualifications

• Background within a similar industry for 1–2 years.
• Experience with sales in a results-driven environment.
• Omnichannel/omnicommerce understanding.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.

• Ensure exceptional client experiences
• Deliver outstanding styling sessions
• Establish loyalty within the community
• Foster client outreach program to drive footfall to the store
• Strive to reach KPI targets and support maintaining a KPI-driven environment.
• Drive in-store shopping events through your client database and establish a program to foster client relationships.
• Secure all sales
