Your observations help global automotive brands refine customer journeys, with flexible, freelance project-based participation and access to CXG Live for missions and certifications.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of the automobile industry.
• Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service.
• Enjoy interacting with people and collecting feedback.
• Able to observe discreetly and note details of the shopping experience.
• Own a car and hold a valid driving license.

Responsabilités

• Select missions that fit your interests and profile.
• Experience showroom journeys by interacting with product experts and evaluating service.
• Observe ambiance, service level, digital and in-store interactions, and follow-up communications.
• Submit observations through structured questionnaires on our platform.
