Cunextseason is seeking highly motivated chefs for luxury ski chalets in Morzine and Les Gets. You’ll lead a private kitchen, craft menus, and deliver five-star service with breakfast and dinner five days a week, plus a daily afternoon cake for guests.

Qualifications

• Extensive work experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• Professional catering and food hygiene and safety qualifications.
• Highly professional, presentable and punctual.
• Organised, self-sufficient and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Menu creation and expressing personal culinary style within a fine dining service.
• Breakfast and evening service five days a week; prepare an afternoon cake for guests.
• Work in a guest-facing, open-plan kitchen and maintain high standards of service.
• Budget, plan and coordinate meals with other chefs in a private chalet.
