Job summary

Cunextseason invites an experienced chalet chef to join our winter kitchen team in France. You will work across chalet hotels and prepare breakfast, afternoon tea, children’s meals, staff dishes, and a 5‑course dinner each evening, delivering high quality meals to our guests.

You must hold a recognised catering qualification and have previous catering experience, with strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff in a fast paced, customer‑facing role.

Qualifications

• Must have recognised catering qualification and previous catering experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Role requires a 6-day work week during winter season.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily menus in the morning at the main chalet to ensure high, consistent quality.
• Cook breakfast, afternoon tea, children''s meals, staff meals and a 5-course dinner.
• Interact with guests and provide friendly, attentive service during dinners in chalets.
