L’Oréal Groupe is offering a Project Engineer Internship in the Dermatological Beauty Distribution team in the Paris area for a 6-month period starting January 2027. The role focuses on continuous improvement, impact analysis, and hands-on workshops within the Physical Distribution department.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work on field-based projects, collaborate with multiple departments, and support daily logistics operations while developing training content and documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field experience is a plus.
• Able to drive workshops and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fresh perspective to existing processes and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize tools and systems.
• Analyze project impacts on efficiency, ergonomics, safety, and sustainability.
• Help define and prepare training content and user documentation.
• Lead on-the-field workshops on the distribution center floor with various departments.
• Support daily operations and assist management and operations teams.
