L’Oréal Group is recruiting a 6-month Industrial Development internship starting July 2026 in Paris. The role offers €1,700/month and a hybrid setup with one remote day per week. You will contribute to product development, decorations, and cross-functional projects while growing within a global beauty leader.

Ideal candidates are Master 1/2 students in engineering, fluent in English and French, with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset to thrive in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program at an engineering school or university.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong analytical and practical mindset, rigorous, results-oriented with excellent technical problem-solving skills.
• Proactivity, curiosity for industrial innovation, and ability to work in a production environment.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the development of new products and renovation of existing ones.
• Participate in the development of new decorations (colors, graphic chain, etc.).
• Coordinate with Marketing, laboratories, Packaging, Purchasing, Plants and other stakeholders.
• Think differently and innovate to bring high added value to product design.
• Ensure compliance with product definition, cost, timing and environmental impact for launches.
• Lead cross-functional projects (value analysis, optimization of processes and the graphic chain).
• Innovate and push boundaries to leave your mark on this internship.
