• Master 1/2 in engineering or Materials science, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and French. CAD proficiency (SolidWorks/AutoCAD/CATIA).
• Strong analytical mindset, rigor, organization, and teamwork in international settings.

Responsabilités

• Develop new packaging: design and technical development of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging with design, marketing and production teams.
• Material selection and qualification: analyze and test materials to ensure performance, safety and sustainability.
• Eco-design and circularity projects: implement sustainable packaging solutions to CSR objectives.
• Supplier monitoring and industrialization: collaborate with Sourcing teams and packaging suppliers for prototype development and industrialization.
• Packaging project management: track projects from briefing to launch with internal and external stakeholders.
• Technological and competitive watch: explore packaging innovations and new technologies.
