L'Oréal Groupe is offering a 6-month internship starting July 2026 in Industrial Development. Masters 1 or 2 students in engineering will contribute to product development, decorations, and cross-functional projects with Marketing, labs, and purchasing. Fluency in English and French is required to thrive in a collaborative production environment.

The internship offers €1,700/month, remote work 1 day/week, and a path to impactful, real-world projects across brands and divisions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program in engineering.
• Looking for a gap-year or end-of-studies internship.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong analytical and practical mindset; rigorous and results-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Participating in development of new products and renovation of existing ones.
• Participating in development of new decorations (colors, graphic chain, etc.).
• Coordinate with Marketing, formulation labs, Packaging, Purchasing, Plants and other stakeholders.
• Think differently to bring high added value to product design.
• Ensure compliance with product definition, cost, timing and environmental impact for launches.
• Lead cross-functional projects (value analysis, optimization of processes and graphic chain).
