Ares Management is seeking an Associate - Asset Management (Logistics) in Paris to drive value creation, performance monitoring and business plan execution across a pan-European logistics portfolio.

You will work with senior asset managers, investment teams and external operators to deliver rigorous financial analysis, dashboards and reporting while contributing to acquisitions onboarding, ongoing asset oversight and refinancing with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in asset management, investment management or related analytical role.
• Experience in pan-European logistics assets and asset lifecycle.
• Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage asset-level business plans with Deal Team and external partners.
• Monitor NOI, occupancy, leasing velocity and renewals; address underperformance.
• Coordinate budgeting and IRR reforecasting with operating partners.
