Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in real estate, with exposure to both transactions and asset management.
• Knowledge of local legislation applicable to real estate.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Enhance portfolio performance through sustainable strategies.
• Develop strategic plans for portfolio assets, including ESG action plans.
• Proactively manage value-add projects and optimise letting within the managed portfolio.

Connaissances

Strong quantitative skills; expertise in financial modelling for real estate

Excellent understanding of the French real estate market and relevant network

Strong communication and negotiation capabilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)

Formation

Master’s degree in real estate, engineering or business economics
