Overview

The Logistics & E-commerce Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods across France, the UK and the EU. This role is responsible for managing all logistics operations, customs compliance and e-commerce fulfilment activities with precision and efficiency. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to operational excellence supporting our stores and online channels while upholding the highest standards of compliance, service and sustainability.

Responsibilities
  • Organise and monitor all import/export shipments across the UK and France / EU.
  • Ensure secure, timely and cost-effective deliveries of finished jewellery, diamonds, e-commerce orders and packaging / VM.
  • Instruct carriers on appropriate customs regimes and maintain expert knowledge of Incoterms.
  • Support France stores with shipments to the UK Head Office.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics records and trackers.
  • Review and process logistics invoices in SAP.
  • Oversee the hallmarking process in coordination with stores and carriers.
  • Manage customs declarations with carriers ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of French Incoterms and customs procedures.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance for jewellery, stones and precious metals.
  • Act as the primary contact for customs agents and brokers.
  • Produce regular reports on logistics performance, costs, lead times and issues.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in cost, sustainability and efficiency.
  • Pick and pack products from stores for France e-commerce orders.
  • Collaborate with customer service to manage returns, after-sales queries and tracking issues.
  • Conduct quality control checks on sales and returned products.
  • Maintain and update the e-commerce sales tracker.

Who You Are
  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain or e-commerce operations, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, especially French Incoterms and EU/UK trade compliance.
  • Strong communication skills in French and English.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office; experience with logistics tracking tools is a plus.
