Jobtailor is seeking a Training Lead to design and implement regional training initiatives across France and Italy, collaborating with store operations and other departments to drive performance. The role requires orchestration of programs, stakeholder engagement, and a focus on continuous improvement.

You will manage training for NSO activities, develop an annual calendar and coordinate across teams while willing to travel as needed. Fluency in French and English is essential, Italian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business, Project Management or related field with 3+ years in retail management, training, or related roles.
• Proven ability to design, deliver and roll out high-impact training programs that meet performance objectives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills; fluent in French and English (Italian a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting store openings within an integrated retail environment with travel availability.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Ability to work independently while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Passion for retail, talent development and outdoor activities.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
