Union Bank in Paris seeks a Loan Systems & Operations Specialist to maintain expertise in loan processes, systems, and workflows from origination to servicing.

You will support Loan Vantage and related systems, develop procedures, coordinate projects, and train end-users, acting as backup to the VP Loan Operations. This role requires strong attention to detail and ability to improve processes across departments.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum of experience in loan processing or related banking function.
• Strong understanding of loan documentation, servicing, and operational processes.
• Experience with loan origination/workflow systems preferred.
• Ability to develop, document, and implement operational procedures and system enhancements.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service in interactions with lenders and loan staff.
• Understand the loan lifecycle from application through payoff and servicing.
• Assist with administration, configuration, and maintenance of Loan Vantage and related systems.
• Collaborate to identify process improvements and workflow automation opportunities.
• Develop procedures, user guides, and training materials for loan systems and processes.
• Provide training and ongoing support to users of loan systems.”
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, policies, and loan systems.
