Aviapartner Group à Montpellier recrute un agent de tri et de chargement des bagages et du fret, chargé d'organiser les flux, de charger/décharger sur chariots et containers, et de préparer les hangars selon le plan de chargement.

Vous participerez à la mise en place du matériel, assurerez le positionnement des bagages, l'acheminement et la sécurité, et communiquerez entre les équipes tout au long de la prestation.

Qualifications

• Le poste nécessite une expérience professionnelle de trois à six semaines.
• Maîtrise des procédures aériennes et sécurité opérationnelle.
• Permis de conduire et certifications liées à l'activité souhaitables.

Responsabilités

• Effectuer le tri et le chargement/déchargement des bagages et du fret selon le plan.
• Transporter et positionner les bagages sur chariots/containers, et aider à l'ouverture/fermeture des portes.
• Mettre en place l'équipement à l'arrivée/départ des avions et assurer le transfert en sécurité entre les équipes.

MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE POSITION

Participate in sorting, loading, and unloading of baggage and/or cargo in the baggage gallery, on the runway, and in the hold (manually and/or with equipment/tools)

• Sort baggage and/or cargo and group by destination or type.
• Load/unload on carts, containers, or any other means provided.
• Position baggage and/or cargo and containers in the hold according to the loading plan.
• Open and close hold doors.

Participate in setting up equipment upon arrival and departure of the aircraft.

• Chock the aircraft, mark and remove chocks and markings.

Drive and tow equipment to ensure loading and unloading of the hold, boarding and disembarking of passengers

• Transport baggage and/or cargo using designated means (tractors, carts, container loaders…).
• Transport and handle equipment upon arrival and departure of the aircraft outside the ZEC.

Set up equipment upon arrival and departure of the aircraft

• Chock the aircraft, mark and remove chocks and markings.

Assist the aircraft

• Transport any equipment necessary for aircraft handling for which they have been trained and authorized by the hierarchy (e.g., GPU (Ground Power Unit), 400 Hz, ASU (Air Starter Unit), ACU (Air Conditioning Unit), AHU (Air Heating Unit),…).

Communicate

• Transmit information between teams and various stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with safety rules and security measures

• Report events related to safety or security.

REQUIRED SKILLS / PREREQUISITES FOR THE POSITION

• The position typically requires a professional experience of three to six weeks.
• Mastery of airline procedures.

DEGREES / ACCREDITATIONS / MANDATORY CERTIFICATIONS

• The position does not require qualifications other than those obtained through compulsory education.
• Holder of a driver's license.
• Holder of certifications related to the activity (e.g., equipment operation).
• Obtaining and mastering mandatory authorizations and permits.

POSITION CHARACTERISTICS AND ENVIRONMENT

• The profession is practiced in regulated areas and requires administrative authorizations.
• Shift work including weekends and holidays.
• Mainly outdoor work.
• Wearing professional attire and safety equipment is mandatory.
• Compliance with the "Uniform Charter" is mandatory (uniform, presentation, behavior).
