Safeguard Global France is seeking a Recruitment Consultant (360°) focused on Life Sciences, blending business development with end-to-end recruitment delivery on a fully remote CDI basis.

You will expand an active client portfolio across Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Medical Devices, lead meetings, negotiate terms, and manage end-to-end recruitment from briefing to placement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within a recruitment agency or executive search environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and expand your client portfolio across Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and other sectors.
• Identify and qualify new recruitment opportunities.
• Build and execute targeted prospecting strategies.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Develop long-term partnerships and grow existing accounts.
• Contribute to the commercial strategy and growth of the business.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent and fixed-term positions.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and define search strategies.
• Source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct approach, and networking.
• Conduct candidate assessments and competency-based interviews.
• Present shortlisted candidates and support offer negotiations.
• Ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring journey.
