Back Market is offering a 6‑month Legal Internship in Paris, France. Starting January 2027 with a full-time schedule (35H/week) under an internship agreement from your school.

You will join the Legal Department and report to a senior lawyer, performing research, contract work, GDPR implementation, and governance support across the group. Ideal candidates are EFB students or hold a DJCE/Master II in law, with fluent English and French.

Qualifications

• Six-month internship for a gap year or end of studies.
• English and French professional capability mandatory.
• Prior internship in a legal department or law firm preferred.
• Excellent communication and strong analysis/synthesis skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform legal research and draft legal memos.
• Ensure legal monitoring.
• Participate in drafting and negotiating contracts with service providers.
• Participate in the implementation of GDPR.
• Contribute to set up and maintain legal process documentation.
• Follow up on pre-litigation and litigation.
• Provide legal advice across multiple domains to Back Market teams.
• Assist in structuring governance of the Group.
