Jobtailor is seeking a GDPR and data protection legal assistant to support the development and tracking of compliance programs across agencies. You will review contracts and governance documents, draft memoranda, and help create training materials and communication notices for internal teams.

The role requires a Master’s degree in data protection or IT law, fluent English, and a keen interest in new technologies, with rigour, autonomy, and strong teamwork culture.

Responsabilités

Responsibilities

• Monitor legal and case-law developments, in particular from supervisory authorities, the European Commission and the CJEU

Requirements

• Master’s degree (e.g., Master 2) in Data Protection Law or IT Law
• Ideally: significant internship experience in a legal department, in-house or at a law firm
• Knowledge of the GDPR is a prerequisite for the role
• Practical experience in implementing the GDPR
• Interest in new technologies
• Rigour and autonomy; respect for confidentiality; analytical and summarizing skills; responsiveness; strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent English is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
