Job summary

Harvey AI in Paris is seeking a Legal Engineer Manager - Product Specialist to lead and grow the Product Specialist team in Paris, providing senior leadership and strategic direction to support post-sales customers across EMEA.

You are a qualified lawyer (7+ PQE) with team leadership experience and deep familiarity with legal tech and AI, capable of building trusted relationships with law firms and in-house counsel while driving platform adoption and renewal.

Qualifications

Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE and related experience in a law firm or in-house environment.
Proven track record managing or mentoring a team and developing talent.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Legal Engineers - Product Specialists with coaching and career development.
Own post-implementation relationships with law firm and in-house clients, onboarding and ongoing support.
Act as senior escalation point for complex engagements, applying deep product and legal expertise.
Partner with Account Management and Sales to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals.
Collaborate with Product to surface customer feedback and roadmap developments.
Define and iterate team processes and playbooks to scale the function.
