Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE in a law firm or in-house role.
- Prior experience managing a team and developing talent.
- Deep familiarity with legal tech and AI tools; able to demo platform expertise.
- Strong commercial instincts; credibly engage with senior legal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and training/presentation skills; client-facing sessions.
- Thrives in fast-paced high-growth environments with pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Legal Engineers; set clear performance expectations.
- Ensure high standards in pre-sales legal engineering, demos, and deal support.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and GTM leadership to prioritise pipeline.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand workflows and address needs.
- Work with Product/Marketing to feed field insights into roadmap and GTM.
- Run product demos tailored to law firm and in-house teams; validate value.
