Harvey in Paris is seeking a Legal Engineer Manager - Product Specialist to lead and grow the Product Specialist team as we scale. You will own post-implementation relationships with law firms and in-house teams, ensure onboarding and ongoing support, and drive adoption of Harvey's AI-enabled platform.

You'll mentor senior specialists, collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to surface feedback, shape roadmap, and build scalable processes in a fast-growing environment.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with substantial post-qualification experience (7+ PQE)
• Experience mentoring or managing a team of product specialists or lawyers
• Familiarity with legal technology and AI tools and ability to demonstrate platform expertise
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with client-facing training experience
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Legal Engineers - Product Specialists, providing coaching and career development
• Own post-implementation relationships with law firms and in-house clients, onboarding and ongoing support
• Act as senior escalation point for complex customer engagements
• Partner with Account Management and Sales to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals
• Collaborate with Product to surface feedback and roadmap developments
• Define and iterate team processes, playbooks, and scalable operating frameworks
