Greystar in Ivry-sur-Seine is looking for a dynamic Leasing Consultant to support marketing and lease-up strategies, drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention, and manage all leasing activities from prospect greeting to move-in.

The role starts at €30,000 base salary, with on-site bonus programs possible based on performance; fluent French and English are required, and strong computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and significant sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities in English and French.
• Proficient with MS Office and property management software; Yardi training provided.
• Willingness to greet prospects, conduct tours, and handle applications.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours and process applications.
• Screen credit and background checks and prepare lease documents.
• Coordinate move-ins, renewals, and ensure timely lease signing.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain resident records.
• Utilize Yardi to track availability and leasing activities.
