Ideal candidates will have prior residential leasing experience, be proficient with Google Suite and Google Docs, and be prepared to coordinate the community's marketing via social media.

Qualifications

• Prior residential leasing experience preferred.
• Closing skills in a residential environment.
• Experience in Google Suite (Required).
• Organized.

Responsabilités

• Engaging in resident communications both in-person and via digital platforms.
• Presenting professionally the features and benefits of their assigned property.
• Properly securing lease agreements from qualified persons.
