Pigment, the AI-powered platform redefining business planning, seeks a Learning Operations Manager to scale customer, partner, and certification education. You will own programs, automate workflows, and drive adoption across the Pigment ecosystem, partnering with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product teams.

You will administer the LMS and learning tech, design scalable operations, and leverage AI to improve learner engagement and certification outcomes while maintaining data

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in learning operations, education programs, certification management, enablement operations, or related fields.
• Experience administering LMS platforms such as Docebo, Skilljar, Cornerstone, LearnUpon, or similar solutions.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and operational workflows.
• Experience supporting customer education, partner education, enablement, certification, or talent development initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to improve adoption, engagement, and program outcomes.
• Comfortable balancing strategic program goals with operational execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across Customer Education, Enablement, Customer Success, Product, and People teams.

Responsabilités

• Own Learning Operations and Program Delivery at scale for customers and partners.
• Design and continuously improve operational workflows to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to automate learner communications, registrations, reminders, certifications, and reporting through AI-enabled workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools to improve learner support, program administration, and scalability.
• Develop repeatable systems that grow programs without proportional administrative effort.
• Support growth of Pigment certification programs and learner progression pathways.
• Lead train-the-trainer initiatives and expand the education delivery capacity.
• Serve as primary administrator for LMS and learning technologies, and integrate with business systems.
• Use AI-powered analytics to track learner behavior, certification adoption, and program effectiveness.
