Pigment is seeking a Customer Success Operations Manager to own strategy, planning, and the operational backbone of the CS organization. This hybrid role is based in our Paris office and focuses on scalable rhythms, workflows, and cross-functional connections to deliver excellent customer experiences.

You will collaborate with CS leadership on planning, capacity modeling, and incentive design, while advancing AI-driven automations and a robust CS platform stack.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Operations experience in Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
• Proven experience designing and implementing CS systems, workflows, and success metrics, and AI-driven automations in a mature ($100M+ ARR) revenue organization.

Responsabilités

• Set direction with CS leadership and build a predictable cadence for the org.
• Own and manage CS Platform as part of the CS tech stack and design scalable playbooks.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Services for seamless handoffs.
• Lead AI-driven automations to scale CS workflows and capacity.
