Pierre Fabre Laboratories in France is seeking a Change Management Project Lead to design, implement, and monitor strategies enabling organizational adoption of changes. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions to ensure changes are integrated effectively and sustainably.

The role requires strong project management, clear communication, leadership, and the ability to plan training, coordinate workshops, and measure outcomes.
