On in Paris is seeking a part-time Store Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales in our flagship retail store.

You will guide customers through their shopping journey, maintain stock, support merchandising, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth, welcoming store operations. This role offers part-time hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in retail or customer service.
• Understanding of customer service excellence, able to engage customers, address needs, and provide effective solutions.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes and customer service.
• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of another language is valued.

• Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on store policies.
• Provide feedback to store leadership on customer preferences and operational processes.
• Contribute ideas for in-store events and activities to boost customer interaction.

Your story

• You have 1+ years of relevant experience in retail or customer service.
• You have an understanding of customer service excellence, with the ability to engage customers, address their needs, and provide effective solutions.
• You possess organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes and customer service levels.
• You are fluent in both French and English (knowledge in any other language is highly valued.)
