Exotec is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer for France within the Solutions Engineering Western Europe team. You will lead the design of high-impact, complex solutions, shaping customer logistics strategies and translating challenges into compelling sales strategies.

Travel is required to client sites and our headquarters in Lille. Fluent in French and English, you will influence stakeholders, collaborate with partners, and drive technical excellence while mentoring others in a fast-growing

Formación

• Experience selling complex solutions in a warehouse automation environment.
• Engineering or supply chain background with track record in complex solution design.
• Proven experience engaging with demanding customers in pre-sales or solution-driven roles.
• Strong business acumen combined with deep technical expertise.
• Ability to influence and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

• Lead the design of high-impact, complex solutions from concept to delivery, including costing and risk mitigation.
• Shape customers’ logistics strategies by challenging status quo and proposing value-driven options.
• Translate customer challenges into compelling technical sales strategies to win deals.
• Influence stakeholders by articulating the value of Exotec solutions and ensuring technical alignment.
• Collaborate with partners and suppliers to co-create best-in-class solutions and push standards.
• Drive technical excellence by embedding Exotec methodologies and supporting Sales through project leadership.
• Act as a recognized expert in a key technical domain and elevate team capabilities.
• Create impactful training content and share best practices.

As Lead Solutions Engineer, in charge of France within the Solutions Engineering Western Europe team, you will:

• Lead the design of high-impact, complex solutions, ensuring robustness from concept to delivery (costing, risk mitigation, scalability)
• Shape customers’ logistics strategies by challenging the status quo and proposing innovative, value-driven alternatives
• Translate customer challenges into compelling technical sales strategies that drive winning outcomes
• Influence key stakeholders by clearly articulating the value of Exotec solutions and building strong technical alignment
• Collaborate with partners and suppliers to co-create best-in-class solutions, challenging them to reach the highest standards
• Drive technical excellence by embedding Exotec methodologies and supporting Sales through complex project leadership
• Act as a recognized expert in a key technical domain, elevating team capabilities and decision-making
• Empower teams and partners by creating impactful training content and sharing best practices

Travel is required: twice a month to visit our clients, once a month to our headquarters near Lille.

• Experience selling complex solutions in a warehouse automation environment
• Engineering or supply chain background, with a strong track record in complex solution design
• Proven experience in engaging with demanding customers in a pre-sales or solution-driven environment
• Strong business acumen combined with deep technical expertise
• Ability to influence, convince and navigate complex stakeholder environments
• Natural leadership, with a drive to mentor and elevate others
• Fluent French and English, comfortable operating in an international context.
