Alice & Bob invites a Team Lead for the Monitoring and Recalibration (MNR) team to shape the measurement and calibration graphs for cat-qubit QPUs. You will lead quantum experimentalists, data engineers and software developers across internal R&D and customer deployments.

You will translate user needs into metrics, maintain system health, and drive performance improvements while growing the team and aligning with the company roadmap. English fluency is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• PhD in experimental quantum physics, ideally hands-on with superconducting circuits.
• Ability to turn a research prototype into a reliable product.
• Solid experience of automated measurement and calibration of quantum systems.
• Strong data analysis and statistical rigor with validation methodology.

Responsabilités

• Own monitoring and recalibration graphs and define workflows across systems.
• Ensure dashboard data quality, fit validation, thresholds, and rejection criteria.
• Define and track product performance metrics and improve them over time.
• Operate and improve the service to keep MNR alive and efficient.
• Lead and grow the team, set direction and software engineering standards.
• Collaborate with other teams to align features with roadmap.
