The Monitoring and Recalibration (MNR) team ensures that the performance of our cat‑qubit Quantum Processing Units (QPU) is tracked and that the QPU remains operational at all times. As Team Lead, you will lead an interdisciplinary team of quantum experimentalists, data engineers and software developers to advance the automatic graphs of monitoring and recalibration. You will develop a product with two deployment environments: an internal version running across all of our QPUs to support R&D teams' experiments, and an external version shipped alongside QPUs sold to customers, to monitor and maintain the system in spec. You will collaborate closely with experimental and software team leads and experts to ensure the team's alignment with the company's needs and roadmap.
