Alice & Bob is building the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer. We seek a Team Lead for the Monitoring and Recalibration (MNR) team to guide quantum experimentalists, data engineers and software developers to advance automatic graphs of monitoring and recalibration.

You will own the MNR graphs, define metrics, and ensure production reliability across R&D and external deployments. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, set technical direction, and collaborate with department leads to

Qualifications

• PhD in experimental quantum physics required or equivalent.
• Proven experience turning research prototypes into reliable products.
• Strong automation in measurement and calibration of quantum systems.
• Demonstrated data analysis and statistical rigor with validation methodologies.
• Excellent Python skills and familiarity with workflows & CI.
• Experience leading an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills. English fluency required; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the monitoring and recalibration graphs and define the workflows.
• Guarantee dashboard data quality: fit validation, thresholds, and rejection criteria.
• Define and track product performance metrics and improve them over time.
• Operate and improve the service: keep production MNR alive and fix failures.
• Lead and grow the team: set direction, establish standards, hire and coach team members.
• Collaborate with other teams to align features and development timelines.
