Alice & Bob invites a Team Lead for the Monitoring and Recalibration (MNR) team to shape the measurement and calibration graphs for cat-qubit QPUs. You will lead quantum experimentalists, data engineers and software developers across internal R&D and customer deployments.
You will translate user needs into metrics, maintain system health, and drive performance improvements while growing the team and aligning with the company roadmap. English fluency is essential; French is a plus.
Alice & Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems.
The quantum computer we envision building is based on a new kind of superconducting qubit: the Schrödinger cat qubit . In comparison to other superconducting platforms, cat qubits have the astonishing ability to implement quantum error correction autonomously!
We're a diverse team of 250+ brilliant minds from over 35 countries united by a single goal: to revolutionise computing with a practical fault-tolerant quantum machine. Are you ready to take on unprecedented challenges and contribute to revolutionising technology? Join us, and let's shape the future of quantum computing together!
(MNR) team ensures that the performance of our cat-qubit Quantum Processing Units (QPU) is tracked and that the QPU remains operational at all times. As Team Lead, you will lead an interdisciplinary team of quantum experimentalists, data engineers and software developers to advance the automatic graphs of monitoring and recalibration. You will develop a product with two deployment environments: an internal version running across all of our QPUs to support R&D teams' experiments, and an external version shipped alongside QPUs sold to customers, to monitor and maintain the system in spec. You will collaborate closely with experimental and software team leads and experts to ensure the team's alignment with the company's needs and roadmap.
