Valtech is seeking a Lead QA Automation to own the quality strategy across several squads in Paris, driving automated testing and AI-assisted tooling while aligning with delivery leadership. You will lead a team of QA engineers, push for high test coverage, and ensure releases meet defined quality standards.

You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering, mentoring peers and embedding QA into agile delivery with a focus on performance, reliability and end-to-end quality across

Formación

• Solid experience in QA engineering with leadership responsibilities.
• Hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks and tooling.
• Experience testing large-scale e-commerce or omnichannel platforms.
• Experience in change management, training and supporting teams.
• Comfortable working across SAFe/Agile delivery models.
• Fluent French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the quality strategy for owned squads.
• Own test plans and sign-off criteria for releases.
• Build and grow automated test coverage with QA craft community.
• Manage test backlog, defect triage and resolution tracking.
• Ensure environments/datasets are fit for purpose and reliable.
• Report QA status and release readiness with actionable metrics.
• Mentor QA engineers within squads and transverse QA community.
• Support AI-driven QA initiatives and tooling.
• Provide KPIs and roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-program quality efforts and raise standards.
