Qualifications

• 5+ years of product development experience in home goods, electronics, wellness, or lifestyle products.
• End-to-end product development experience from ideation to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and printing techniques.
• Exceptional project management with multiple timelines and deliverables.
• Experience with domestic and international sourcing and manufacturing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for large-scale programs.
• Availability to work outside regular hours or across time zones.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary liaison between creative teams and factory partners to develop product designs and packaging concepts.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s story, brand guidelines, and market positioning.
• Collaborate daily with creative teams to integrate new products and fabrication processes.
• Oversee multiple projects, managing budgets, timelines, and quality across seasons and clients.
• Create and maintain detailed program schedules for on-time delivery.
• Prepare clear instructions for product and packaging decks with design partners.
• Negotiate pricing and program details with domestic and overseas factory partners for multi-SKU programs.
• Use a solution-oriented approach to address challenges and ensure flawless execution.
