Job summary

Genesis seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to tackle reliability, scalability, and efficiency challenges across SRE and development teams. You will build and run large-scale, distributed, fault-tolerant systems that keep Genesis platform reliable and performant for customers.

You will optimize systems through automation, lead technical decisions, and ensure long-term health through capacity planning, performance analysis, and proactive incident prevention.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering in Python or Go with distributed systems experience.
• Expertise with cloud platforms such as Kubernetes and Cloud Functions.
• Experience leading large-scale technical projects and cross-team leadership.
• Ability to apply algorithms and complexity analysis to scale challenges.
• Collaborative and curious mindset across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Address reliability, scalability, and efficiency challenges across SRE and development teams.
