Swile is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, build and operate a scalable infrastructure platform that supports rapid growth and international expansion. The role emphasizes problem-solving, pragmatic solutions, and end-to-end ownership across teams.

You will coach engineers on DevOps and SRE practices, prioritize security and cost control, and stay current with new technologies and architectures to continuously improve the platform and developer experience.
