Voodoo is seeking an outstanding Lead Game Developer to drive the hypercasual and casual mobile game market. You will lead hands‑on coding, shape client tech with product/design input, and manage the development cycle to deliver high‑quality features rapidly.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, partner with the GM on recruitment, and ensure best‑in‑class performance and long‑term game health for flagship titles across global markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with Unity.
• Proven technical leadership experience.
• Successful track record in top‑tier mobile games.
• Familiar with optimization issues affecting gameplay and performance.
• Comfortable with full‑remote environment.
• Experience with AI‑assisted development to enhance gameplay.
• Creative and hacker mindset driving innovative features.

Responsibilities

• Engage in hands‑on coding, creating features played by millions.
• Plan evolution of the client technology according to game vision and needs.
• Manage development cycle with team support, defining tasks to execute roadmap.
• Partner with General Manager on technical team structure, recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure high coding standards, long‑term quality, and fast development pace.
• Monitor product health with central teams to improve quality and address issues.
• Deconstruct, analyze and adapt mobile game mechanics.
• Work with product leadership on roadmaps, rollouts and adoption.
• Provide technical leadership for the team.
