Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager in France to lead sheet metal and HVAC projects in commercial settings. You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience in sheet metal and HVAC for commercial/industrial construction, with strong leadership and communication skills. PM software proficiency (MS Project, Procore) is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management for sheet metal and HVAC in commercial/industrial construction.
• Proven track record of delivering large mechanical projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and sheet metal systems, installation practices, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project, Procore).
• PE license or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical projects focusing on sheet metal and HVAC systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
• Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets in line with objectives and client expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and address issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.
