Jobtailor is seeking a qualified project engineer to lead maîtrise d'œuvre for rehabilitation projects in the Île-de-France region. You will oversee design and execution for fluid and thermal systems, participate in early design audits, and coordinate construction to meet schedule and budget.

The role requires a strong technical background in HVAC and plumbing, knowledge of French regulations, and an autonomous, rigorous work style.

Qualifications

Engineer degree in thermal/fluids/building engineering or equivalent.
3–6 years experience in maîtrise d'œuvre within rehabilitation/renovation contexts.
Strong technical background in HVAC, plumbing and thermal systems.
Good knowledge of regulations and standards.
Autonomous, rigorous, responsible with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

Manage project design and execution (maîtrise d'œuvre) operations with recognized expertise in fluid and thermal systems.
Contribute to commercial proposals and bid responses.
Study projects in the early design phase: audits and diagnostics and execution of fluid and thermal studies.
Manage and coordinate construction works: monitor the schedule and financial performance of the project.
Ensure compliance with DTU standards during the construction supervision phase.
