Partoo is a European scale-up in Paris, focused on local customer experience for multi-location businesses. The Lead Developer will drive backend initiatives, collaborate with a cross-functional team, and help split a monolithic system into domain-oriented services while expanding globally.

You will work with Python FastAPI, Celery, and a React/TypeScript frontend with PostgreSQL, joining an international team reporting to the CTO.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer in web backends.
• Strong Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) experience.
• Frontend experience with React/Redux is a plus, JS/TS knowledge beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead backend development and align with product vision.
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to feature development.
• Maintain code quality, manage technical debt, and participate in architecture decisions.
